  5. Clicking the Speak Phrase PowerModule Button causes it to say whatever text is is the STR#  128 (item 1)  resource.  Note that this only works for Macs with the new Speech Manager installed.

  7. No files will be passed or are needed by Speak Phrase.

  10. About PowerModules
  11. -------------------
  12. PowerModules are pieces of code that developers can write to extend the functionality of PowerBar.  Use the simple PowerModule API (Application Programming Interface) to write small “functions” that may or may not need the files that are selected in the Finder at the time.

  14. To see the “About” box for a PowerModule, click its button while pressing and holding the COMMAND key.
